"If children can build, play and understand games that work, it’s possible that someday they will understand and design systems that work. And the world is full of complicated systems"

I have decided to use this Home page to share some game sites that I have found helpful in my 7th grade math classroom. Let me know what you think!
BrainPop
BrainPop allows students to search a variety of games - each focusing on a different topic.
LearnZillion is a full of resources for both teachers and students. Teachers can assign games/tasks that align to CCSS. It is also easy to monitor student progress.
Sumdog
Sumdog is by far my favorite gaming site - and my students! I can assign my classes a standard (or a few). All the games then automatically align! The students have so much fun competing against one another !
